Step 1: Clean the cartridge daily

IMPORTANT! Daily cleaning interval of the print nozzle, otherwise it may lead to streaky print.

If the cartridge is not used for more than 3-4 days, then please in Cling film pack and store upright. Be sure to protect the nozzle from drying out, otherwise streaky printing may occur!

Step 2: Cartridge dried up?

Step 1 not working? Then it can have the following causes:

1. Incorrect storage of the cartridge (please always store upright)
2nd cartridge older than 6 months old (best before 6 months)
3. Cartridge nozzle has dried up because foil (seal) has been removed from the nozzle and has not been cleaned for a long time (see step 1)
