When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

Shipping policy

Delivery of goods is carried out worldwide.

Shipping of the goods from Germany.

Shipping costs are (DAP-Incoterm) and may vary. Please calculate your shipping costs in the shopping cart.

The prices do not include customs duties. The buyer has to bear the customs duties. The shipping costs only include the shipping of the goods, with a one-time delivery attempt. In the case of a return shipment (return), the buyer has to bear the additional costs, also in the case of a second delivery attempt.
If the goods are not delivered, the buyer has to bear the return costs.
The price of the shipping costs includes only one delivery attempt. Please verify your correct shipping address before ordering to avoid possible incorrect delivery attempts.
