What do I need to use the coffee printer?

Pictures can also be uploaded before the event so that they can be printed at the event without the internet.
What can I print on?
You can print on any foam or solid surface.
The smoother or finer the surface, the better the print quality.

Do I also have to pay for the days before the event?
No, with us you only pay for the event or usage days.
When shipping, you have the option of choosing how early you want the printer to arrive.
You don't have to pay extra for the days leading up to the event.
In the days leading up to the event, you'll have time to set up the printer and test and try it out in peace. We actually recommend it.
Can anyone operate the printer?
The printer is very intuitive and super easy to use.
No special training or training is required.
In the package you will find short digital instructions on how to set up and use our printer.
You will also have the opportunity to try out the printer and familiarize yourself with it in the days leading up to the event.
If you ever get stuck, our customer support is available for you and can help you directly with problems of any kind.
When will the deposit be returned?
The deposit will be transferred back to your account within 14 days after we have received the printer back from you.
How do I get my logo watermarked on every image?
You can easily add this feature to our options. Simply upload your logo – we'll take care of the graphics and get them ready for use.
My event is in a few days. Is express delivery possible?
Yes, in principle express delivery is also possible.
However, this also depends on whether we still have event equipment in stock at short notice or whether we are already fully booked.

How long do I have to return the printer?
After the event you have 7 days to send the printer back to us.
The return label is included in the package. You stick this on the box and bring it to either DHL or UPS, depending on the shipping label.
Please make sure that you pack the printer in the original box so that it is well secured.
