For the US market, we use the dye E129 (Allura Red AC / FD&C Red 40) instead of E124.
Storage
Unopened: 6 months from the date of manufacture/bottling.

Store in a cool, dry place and upright. Protect from heat and direct sunlight.
If no printing is done for more than 2 days: Seal the nozzle airtight with the original sticker/clip.
